Level 5 Ventures is a versatile real estate firm specializing in developing and building investment properties throughout North Carolina. With Research Triangle Park, known as the “Silicon Valley of the East”, Duke University, UNC and NC State, as well as Raleigh being the State capital, Level 5 Ventures continues to offer dynamic opportunities in one of the best markets in the United States.

At Level 5 Ventures, we work closely with our teams to identify investment opportunities that meet four key criteria: location, quality, affordability, and potential for positive long-term returns. With an extensive knowledge of the markets in which we invest, we are able to execute unique strategies to maximize returns for our investors, buyers, and sellers. Level 5 Ventures works with landowners, developers, municipalities and investors to find and create unique housing opportunities in major and up and coming markets in North Carolina. We specialize in building in both infill locations and emerging markets and then design product that best fits the particular site. In every community in which we invest, we take seriously our responsibility to steward the environmental impact and mirror the overall character of the surroundings. Each product, we want to be better than the last.
